What counts as abuse
ZORALI-hosted sites must follow the terms of service. Abuse includes anything that harms visitors or the platform: phishing pages that steal credentials, malware or malicious downloads, spam and scam offers, illegal content, and harassment campaigns. Copyright and trademark infringement are handled through the notice process below.
- Phishing: pages impersonating banks, logins, or brands to steal credentials
- Malware: malicious downloads, exploit pages, or deceptive software prompts
- Scams and spam: fraudulent offers, fake giveaways, bulk unsolicited promotion
- Illegal content and harassment campaigns
- Copyright or trademark infringement, see the notice process below
How to report abuse
Send your report to ZORALI support, you will find the contact in your account dashboard and help resources. Include everything that helps us act fast: the full URL of the offending page, a description of what it does, and screenshots if you have them. You do not need a ZORALI account to report abuse.
- The full URL of the page or site, the single most important detail
- What the page does and why you believe it violates the rules
- Screenshots or saved copies, if you can capture them safely
- Your contact email so we can follow up (optional but helpful)
- No account needed, anyone can file a report
What happens after you report
Every credible report is reviewed by a human. We investigate, visiting the reported URLs, checking account history, and assessing severity, then act proportionally: clear-cut phishing and malware come down fast, while ambiguous cases get a closer look before any action. Where possible, we confirm back to the reporter that the case was handled.
- Every credible report is reviewed by a human investigator
- Clear-cut phishing and malware are removed quickly
- Ambiguous cases get investigation before action, we do not punish on accusation alone
- Reporters get confirmation when the case is resolved, where possible
- Repeat and severe offenders lose their accounts
Copyright and trademark notices
If your copyrighted work or trademark appears on a ZORALI-hosted site without permission, file an infringement notice with support. Include identification of your work, the exact URLs where it appears, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. Counter-notices from site owners follow the same channel, and both sides get a fair review.
- Identify the copyrighted work or trademark at issue
- List the exact URLs where the infringing material appears
- Provide your contact information and a good-faith statement of unauthorized use
- Site owners may file counter-notices through the same channel
- Both sides receive a fair, documented review
Protect yourself online
Most abuse reports start with a suspicious link. Before entering credentials or downloading anything from any site | ZORALI-hosted or not, check the URL carefully, look for HTTPS and the correct domain, and be skeptical of urgent giveaway or account-warning messages. If a ZORALI-hosted page looks like phishing, report it and do not interact with it further.
- Check the full URL before entering credentials anywhere
- Be skeptical of urgent warnings, giveaways, and too-good offers
- Official ZORALI communications never ask for your password
- If a page looks like phishing, report it, do not submit any information
