The short version, read this first
This page is a plain-English summary, not the actual legal documents. The binding Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are the full versions linked in the app, if anything here differs from those documents, the full versions govern. With that said, here is what those documents say, in language a human can read.
- This is a summary; the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are the binding documents
- By using ZORALI you agree to the full terms, this page just explains them
- We keep the full documents as readable as the subject allows
- Questions about the terms? Contact support and a human will answer
Your account and your content
Your sites and content are yours | ZORALI claims no ownership over what you build. You are responsible for what you publish: it must be lawful, must not infringe others' rights, and must not abuse the platform. If content violates the terms, phishing, malware, illegal material, or serious abuse, we may remove it or suspend the account, as described on the abuse page.
- You own your sites, designs, and content, we claim no ownership
- You are responsible for what you publish being lawful and non-infringing
- We may remove content or suspend accounts for serious violations
- Selling on the Marketplace? You must own or license everything you sell
Plans, payments, and the Marketplace split
The Starter plan is free and covers creating, customizing, saving, and previewing. Publishing requires a paid plan: Pro at $19/month or Business at $49/month. On the Marketplace, sellers keep 93.5% of every sale and ZORALI takes a 6.5% platform fee. The affiliate program pays 30% lifetime commission on referred subscriptions, subject to the program rules against spam and misleading claims.

Privacy in plain English
We collect what we need to run ZORALI: your account details, the sites and content you create, and billing information on paid plans. Your data lives on our Supabase-backed infrastructure with row-level security limiting access to your own records. We use your data to operate the service, not to sell personal profiles to advertisers.
